Wearing all the hats of our founding mothers to offer mentorship to women in business and further business development opportunities and leadership initiatives in our communities.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working at two Chicago institutions engaging with legal education and law communities, focusing on professional board management, strategic growth, and leadership development. As a leader, I have spearheaded the evolution of high performing teams through strategic evaluation and growth planning, board development, community engagement, fundraising and stewarding meaningful relationships - both personally and professionally. I believe leadership and growth are shared experiences and take a listen to learn approach to support authentic relationships.
These experiences have provided me the springboard to dive into my recent entrepreneurial ventures through utilizing my experience to support the growth of small to medium-sized not for profit organizations as a fractional leader, and work alongside my partner in life and business to disrupt the alcoholic RTD (ready to drink) space through the development and launch of Hardly Water.
Hardly Water is bursting the RTD bubble with our vibrant, carbonation free, flavor combinations starting with consumers in our home market of Chicago. Cool down and unwind with your new favorite beverage that just happens to be low on calories and sugar and is naturally gluten free!
