Participant recognizes and acknowledges that there may be certain risks of physical injury related to participation in the Event and agrees to assume the full liability of any and all injuries which may be sustained by the Participant. Participant agrees to waive and relinquish all claims against Team Fireball Inc., its agents and/or representatives (the âReleaseesâ) that Participant may have as a direct or indirect result of participating in the Event and Participant hereby covenants not to sue and further releases and discharges the Releasees from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. Furthermore, if anyone makes a claim against any of the Releasees that is directly or indirectly related to the Event, Participant will defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim, including, but not limited to attorneysâ fees and related expenses.
Participant has read the RELEASE AND WAIVER provisions above and understands that he or she has given up substantial rights by signing it and has signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature. Further, Participant intends the RELEASE AND WAIVER provisions above to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agrees that if any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
